About the Job
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Investigative Problem Solving, full review and analysis of all new business portfolios issued
- Facilitating world class protection by working closely with sales partners, service agents, and training team associates
- High Level Trend Observation, monitoring a variety of metrics to ensure adherence to best practices, and recommend areas of improvement
- Work in team environment to develop processes and strategies contributing to overall company success and growth
- Managing personal development by hitting required processing and auditing goals, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed
About You
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem solving skills, and willingness to be at cause
- Prior analyst/risk management experience preferred
