Job Summary

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our marketing strategies by analyzing and interpreting data to uncover insights and trends. You will work cross functionally across different teams throughout the business to optimize campaigns, enhance customer targeting, and improve overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, has strong analytical skills, and possesses the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain reporting to monitor and forecast key marketing and sales metrics and performance indicators (i.e., leading and lagging)
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance using various analytical tools
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies, workflows and tactics

Market Research:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather market intelligence and understand the competitive landscape
  • Analyze consumer preferences, market conditions, and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve effectiveness and ROI

Customer Segmentation:

  • Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly

Collaborative Projects:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Document process flows as needed to provide constructive feedback and develop reporting to monitor and aid
  • Serve as S.M.E. as needed


Experience and Education

  • +5 years of Experience with marketing analytics and data reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation.
  • Experience presenting to the C-level is preferred.


Skills and Abilities

  • Required: Salesforce, Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), Semrush and Forecasting Skills
  • Preferred: CRM Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Snowflake, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, Kentico, Google Ads, Bing Ads
