I had previously received a quote from my current home insurance provider (I'm selling that home and this policy is for a new home purchase). I wanted a couple of other quotes and asked for referrals. I called a couple of the referrals and left messages. I was referred to Steve Wills by the realtor and the mortgage company. I worked with his salesperson, Ryan Howal, to obtain and process the quote. Ryan was able to ask some simple questions and a quote was sent within 30 minutes as promised. They then worked closely with the mortgage company to get them the policy they needed to complete the application process. The team is extremely easy to work with and made things simple. I had some concerns about getting this down over the holidays, but the team actually processed the order on this past Saturday so it was ready for the mortgage company first thing this morning. We never shopped for another quote as the pricing seem appropriate and the response was phenomenal! We were already through the paperwork before the other 2 referrals even returned my voicemails. Great work Steve & Ryan!
