David was wonderful - 10/10. However, the “utility concierge” had a lot to be desired. Internet ended up being something we needed to have the internet provider contact the sellers to set up a transfer or end of service. The only other thing the concierge could help us with was setting up home security. I found her EXTRAORDINARILY pushy to get me into Vivent. She would simply not take no for an answer. I do not feel she had our best interest in mind, but her own payout she would likely receive from Vivent for selling their services for them. 10/10 would NOT recommend the concierge service to anyone. David said he would talk with her, but I still can’t find it in me to give that a stamp of approval.

I appreciate the way that Kevin not only tried to help me get the best deal on my insurance, but he even recommended things for me to ask if I decided not to go with him. He spent over an hour walking me through my policy and explaining to me exactly what I'm paying for and I haven't gotten that from any other insurance agency. On top of that, he was very kind and humorous, making what is usually a painful hour long phone call into one that was all around enjoyable.

Kevin took amazing care of us and spent time exploring ALL of our options. He not only found us a policy that was very affordable but made sure it had the appropriate coverage for our specific situation. Insurance policies are not a one-size-fits all. It's important to look beyond the price when getting quotes. Kevin explained why certain coverages did and did not need to be included based on our particular needs, purchase price of our home, etc. After calling State Farm and getting what I though was a great quote, Kevin was able to not only beat it by a couple hundred dollars but he was also able to get us way better coverage. I highly recommend you speak with Kevin if you are in the market for an insurance quote or are just interested in getting better coverage/pricing on your current insurance needs. He made the process extremely simple and fast!
