Kayla was EXCELLENT. I got an email from my previous insurance agent saying my home insurance was cancelled. The same day I got a letter in the mail from my loan provider explaining that if I didn’t send over a new home insurance policy they would get one for me that “I might not like†or “ May be significantly more expensiveâ€. It was about 8pm when I received this information so I reached out to Kayla. Given the severity of the situation Kayla, even though it was very late at night, was able to draft me up a new policy which ended up saving me about $200 and sent it over to my mortgage company that night. I’m very grateful for her hard work and dedication to her clients and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family!!!
