Tim Jongquist went above and beyond with customer service. We had met several months prior on an airplane and I had told him that I'd come see him when my home owners policy was due to renew. So I reached out and we talked over the phone 1st and finally set up an in person meeting. Which when was all said and done was almost 4 hours long. Now that's customer service!! We were able to secure a policy and he is my new insurance agent!
