There was a level trust in knowing that our folks do business with good folks. Coverage, quality and value. Darrell was prompt, proficient and extremely easy to communicate with. I was very upfront with Darrell when we started the process. I was going to give my current provider an opportunity to present pricing for our immediate need - homeowners policy. I waited on hold for a combined 70 minutes after multiple attempts to make contact with Flo and the gang without reaching an actual human capable of providing a quotation. So much for 'priority' service for years of customer history. Needless to say that Darrell got the house and auto policies. Extremely smooth transaction with a local point of contact. Goodbye 'big brand' provider. Although my coverage has not yet started (and it hope we never need to use it), I would 100% recommend Darrell Shelton and Goosehead Insurance to anyone in search of a competitive rate and a quality experience.
