I'll be honest, I always thought insurance brokers were very shady and generally not a good avenue for anyone to find an insurance provider. I realize now that I was wrong.
The experience my wife and I had with Glenn was outstanding. He was personable, motivated, and incredibly efficient. Our call was not a particularly short one, but at no point did we ever feel rushed into a decision or that his attention waned.
Glenn was very diligent in finding us the most cost-effective policy for our needs, and I genuinely believe we walked away with the best deal we could have -- and I'm also confident we would not have gotten a policy like this had we not called Goosehead. While I certainly don't expect every result to be as good as ours, I attribute Glenn's efforts for saving my family over 800 dollars annually on our insurance premiums for the same coverage we had before!
So, I now have a much greater appreciation of insurance brokers and realize the benefits they can bring in the convoluted and somewhat byzantine world of insurance. It's very much like going to court, I think: Just as it pays to have an attorney familiar with the legal world representing your best interest in those particular matters, it likewise seems it's similarly wise to have a professional advocating for your behalf when shopping for insurance as well.
We could not possibly be more satisfied with our service experience, and I'd like to thank Glenn once more for all his hard work. We will recommend Goosehead -- and Glenn specifically -- to anyone we know that's seeking a change in their policy.
