He also chose the coverage amount necessary to rebuild the house but not the land (because the land is still there if the house gets destroyed). My experience working with Collen to obtain homeowners insurance on our new home purchase was excellent. He made the process quick and easy. I had been working with my prior carrier for our insurance needs and after 45 minutes of answering construction questions the rate quoted was astronomical. I was referred to Collin by my realtor. Collin was able to get the details of our new home in much less time, found a carrier for an amount 25% less than my prior carrier. He got the insurance set up for the close of new home. I emailed Collin late in the evening not expecting to hear anything until the next morning. He emailed me back within 30 minutes, got the rest of my needed info and told me he would shop for insurance for me in the morning. 1.Ease in contacting agent. 2.Quick service to solve the problem. 3.A phone call from my agent the next morning after I left a vm late the previous evening after learning of a new situation. 4. Friendly service 5. Agent did exactly what he said he would do 6. Agent spent time explaining the situation and I did not feel rushed.
