I had misplaced my homeowners bill and forgot to pay them. I received a letter informing me my insurance had lapsed and I no longer had insurance. This was for 2 homeowners policies and customer service was able to reinstate one policy but the would not reinstate one because it was a second home. Anyway Scott talked to me after hours and said he would rewrite the policy and get it taken care of the next morning. He did and saved us $100.

I used Goosehead last year for my home owner's policy and the agent Chris Raymond was a zero in customer service. Because of my experience with him I was running from your company to find another policy. I had a friend recommend Scott and I decided to give him a try. He has been very helpful and quick about assisting me in getting a new Homeowner's policy quickly. He was also gracious and waived his charge for a new customer since I was moving from another goosehead location. The Raymonds are not doing your company any favors. They do not return phone calls and when you accidentally catch them in the office, they tell you they will look into it and call you back, which never happens. They are not interested in keeping the customers they have because they would rather make the commission from writing a new policy. Once Chris Raymond took my phone call he told me I should let him write my auto policy but he never got back with me and my Homeowner's policy was needing to be rewritten by July 3. Scott is very nice to work with and I appreciate him helping me get my insurance needs taken care of expeditiously!!
