John was responsive and quick with his quotes. He took the time to explain things well, made offerings of coverage that were beyond what was asked for and explained why that was a good idea. Understood the needs and provided a buffet of options to get the coverage and protection needed. As someone who deals in the insurance industry in my daily work his ability to go over the high points and fine details was superior to most agents/adjusters i work with.

John did the research for me on different home insurance company - which was huge. He found one that hit all the marks and he was honest, fast, responsive. I appreciated his candid nature and enjoyed talking with him. It was so much easier than dealing with my current insurance company.
