Steven Gains was extremely helpful, explained everything thoroughly, was polite and most of all he didn't lie to me about anything. He was also very upfront about everything and didn't try to sugar coat anything. Steven flat out told me that the companies he worked with would not cover my home because I have horses, then he proceeded to go out of his way to find me a company that would cover my home. So far Steven has been a great guy and very helpful. I have a very good feeling that is the way things will stay.
