Paul D'Spain is absolutely fabulous. He was recommended to us by Brandon Buckhardt, lender (we couldn't pick him for our mortgage but definitely trusted him hence why we followed his advice to chat with Paul D'Spain). Paul always followed up with us in a timely manner, made sure to take the time to speak and explain things separately to both me and my husband when we couldn't get his calls together, was very patient with us since we had no clue what we were doing. He's very courteous, friendly and professional, and definitely gave us the best quotes we had had so far. So we're thankful to have been taken care of by Paul D'Spain!
