As a first time homebuyer there were many things I didn't know about buying homeowner's insurance. Dorothy was great at explaining everything and making recommendations for to make sure I would have appropriate levels of coverage, made sure I got some add-on coverages that offer good value for the cost, and was able to help me find a rate that fit my budget. I tried to shop for my own policy at first and while I learned a bit doing that I could've saved myself a lot of time and stress if I had just used Dorothy from the start. Lesson learned, next time I have a question or need to shop for a new policy I will be reaching out to her first.
