Jerry was extremely helpful, personable and made me feel comfortable in choosing Goodhead Insurance. Whereas some other agency's just send you a quote, he actually took the time and listened me my needs and did everything he possibly could to accommodate me and get me the best coverage possible. Jerry Halliburton was a breath of fresh air after dealing with Safeway Ins. then Safe Auto Ins. , he was professional, courteous, explained the coverage's that I hadn't really understood before. (and I'm 59 years old, lol) and I didn't have to wait forever to speak to him due to an "unusually high call volume" like my two previous companies. He actually answers the phone and returns calls! I love Jerry and Goosehead and have already started telling my associates and him and the substantial savings for almost twice the coverage.
