The primary reason I gave the score I did is because they are the first insurance company to actually go through and get me the best quote and explain why it’s the best! By best I do not mean cheapest. I mean best coverage and most reliable. Also not to mention definitely the cheapest insurance I have had! Being young he made sure I understand everything and why we are keeping it or not keeping it. Also he came to realize that even though I was young I knew what I was talking about and looking for so this made the process easier. I knew he wasn’t just trying to make a paycheck!

I had Gooshead before and was lied to by the an agent Drew Rogus or something like that in Dallas. He was very unprofessional. I specifically asked that i wanted the same coverage i had previously for my auto. He said it was done. My car was broken into and when I called to file a claim on my $7K watch that was stolen, he told me that I had not listed it. My previous insurance covered it even if not listed. he was very rude, said it was my fault that I should have told him to list anything that may be stolen in my car. How am i to know what may be stolen!!! I went back to Goosehead because a good friend said that Wendy was here local in Katy and had saved him money. I prefer to use agents that are local, not in Dallas or another state. Wendy Jones has done a great job setting up my insurance and explaining everything in detail.

As we all know, choosing an insurance, be it health, home, auto, etc is a very stressful process. I really like the attentiveness she offered. The personal touch is what convinced me to go with Goosehead, even though the rate was slightly higher.
