Reason for scoring Very Likely re satisfaction: I reached out to Lauren for a homeowners policy. She did an excellent job of explaining the policy, coverage, and additional coverage options. I had zero experience with this kind of thing and by the end of our phone call felt like I had a firm grasp homeowners coverage. On top of that, Lauren found me the same coverage for my auto (full coverage) for $40/month less than I'm currently paying. I've asked others what they pay for homeowners insurance and all the feedback I've received is I got a great rate. Reason for scoring Very Likely on the second question (re referring Goosehead to others): I've already given Lauren's contact to my parents so they can see if they can get better rates.
