Not only was Arleny able to find the best insurance rate possible for me, she went far and beyond by speaking to my previous insurance agent requesting a letter stating that a recent accident on my driving record that showed ME AT FAULT was incorrect. While my previous insurance agent told me I would have to wait until my open claim closes to request the letter I asked for. Arleny took charge and spoke to her on a conference call and was able to get the job done and have the letter emailed to me in a few days. We’re now waiting to see if my current insurance will lower my rate with the accident off my driving record this time around, thanks again Arleny!
