I gave this score because the previous Goosehead agent, Chase Johnson, that I dealt with concerning this same property address was unprofessional and disrespectful. Adam was able to provide a policy quote within 24 hours that Chase Johnson could not in 5 days. Because the previous owner was a Goosehead customer and we needed flood insurance, we wanted to stay with the same provider. I called Adam Bryant in Galveston to see if he could provide a different level of service than Chase Johnson.
