Amanda! I spoke with a half a dozen agents trying to find someone to work with. Everyone else just wanted to sell me a policy, but Amanda wanted to make sure I understood what I was getting and worked with me to increase and decrease coverage in the appropriate areas for my family‘s needs. Having had an insurance agent as a family friend growing up (shout out to Rebecca Way at The Way Agency in Mt. Washington, KY), I found that Amanda took the same time to guide me as Rebecca did. Also, all of the information Rebecca told me to inquire about within the policies was brought up and discussed by Amanda from the very beginning! I was willing to pay more money for a policy of it meant I got to work with her, however, she got me the best price for the most coverage, hands down!
