I extremely like the fact that I was asked to call personally and speak with someone regarding the detailed terms of my policy because it was important enough to them that I fully understood what was covered, what wasn't and then address any questions or concerns I may have had. A lot of people might say that could be an inconvenience b/c apparently a phone call is not possible in their crazy work week but ME, a single mom working 3 jobs saw the value in it and felt reassured in my decision in choosing Goose! Thank you and don't ever change that personal touch! It matters at the end of the day and further comforts your customer's peace of mind! Thank you! :)
