I have contacted Goosehead a couple times with major issues. I was given names of people to contact in the past and even thought I left them messages, they never returned my calls. Even went two weeks waiting for a call once. Daniel Lanjewar took over my case the first time and helped me. The second issue, he stepped in again and my problem was solved in the same day. Actually in the same hour. He even told me to just deal with him from here on out which would be my pleasure. He is very professional and personable at the same time. Very knowledgeable as well. Even though the decision is ultimately the customers on the leverage of coverage, he guides you through to help you make the best decision. He has redeemed Goosehead. I am happy to have him in my corner.

There is only one reason I remain a client of Goosehead...John Hiett. When it was time to reevaluate my insurance selections, after 5 years, I called Mr. Harter several times. I was never able to speak with him, nor did he ever call me back. After 3 weeks of this, I called to request a new agent. Within 30 minutes, Mr. Hiett called me.
