I initially went on the website to get a quote. Goosehead was 1 of 5 companies I narrowed my search to. I didn't get a rate but more information needed. Within 5 minutes the local agent for that location called me. I told him I needed homeowners and windstorm. He asked if one of his agents could call me. I was like okay. Then Devon called 2 minutes later. I was impressed with his tone and listening to what we needed.I was already insured for many years. Devon got to work. I was able to get more coverage for less money. I did a docusign. I called my mortgage company to let them know I was changing to Goosehead later this month. I called my current agent also to not renew. Everything went smoothly. Goosehead agents made me feel like I was more than just another sale.

Because Joe legit was off the clock when I called him and still went out of his way to get me an insurance quote. I was quoted from three separate insurance agencies. They all priced me with the same car insurance carrier and Joe came back the cheapest the first time around. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism. Joe Robertson, unlike the other agents I received quotes from did not seem to get annoyed when I asked a lot of questions. Especially concerning why a certain coverage cost so much, why I should keep a certain coverage or any other questions I had. I seriously would recommend him to anyone. Being personable while getting the best deals for your clients seems like what a sales/agents should strive for, yet so many miss the cue.
