After having the same company for more than 25 year, the thought of shopping for another company seemed overwhelming. But after a huge rate increase I knew I had to see if I could do better. After answering her questions she got back 2 days later with a quote from a carrier and after a few more questions and adjustments to the policies we were ready to sign up. She handled. everything with the change over and it was all so easy on my part. The best part she saved us over 50% and we have increased our coverage a lot besides spending so much less.
