Jennifer worked very quickly and even off-hours to be responsive to our needs in an area that not all national insurance companies provide coverage. Our only issue has NOTHING to do with Goosehead. The insurer recommended and who we chose turns out to have an awful lot of very specific "outs" which enable it to be less expensive, but you only get what you pay for. Our biggest worry now, is one of the exclusions may end up biting us back - hail that causes non-structural damage just once in the next 15 years may end up offsetting all the "savings" by going with this new entity that we'd never previously heard of. The HOA may require we replace a cosmetically damaged roof - and to not be covered for that saves us money but we may be costing ourselves down the road. Kudos though to Jennifer for saving us $1K per year. We were thrilled with her responsiveness and the associated cost savings - albeit at a slight risk. At least we know!
