Came across Goosehead Insurance via Lafayette Neighbors and how someone spoke so highly of it. After our nightmare of experience 2 days ago with USAA, We called your agency, and it was like day and night. Polite, knowledgeable, informative, helpful, needed help, Lee was there and offered help to walk us through the computer with the documents, and when I called several times afterwards he promptly responded. Needless to say, after an hour went by, we submitted all paperwork with payment, verification and approval by the company; we cancelled out policy with USAA.
