RJ was extremely helpful throughout the insurance process and finding me a good insurance that ended up being cheaper than what Iâ€™m paying currently. But what was really amazing was Iâ€™ve been having some issues with the sellers not wanting to cover a sewage issue that was found during inspection. RJ spent a lot of time on the phone with me yesterday getting me a ton of information about how much each insurance plan could cover and the policies regarding these and he sent me three different insurance plan documents. And this was after he thoroughly reviewed each of them on his own and provided me all the information I needed. I was able to use the information he gave me and go back to the seller with my proposed offer and I truly believe that his efforts in getting me the information I needed was what helped me provide the proof to the seller that they needed to accept my offer. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. I am extremely grateful to him and would highly recommend him again.
