Brad got in touch and communicated frequently. He hustled to get my business. As I was requesting quotes from other insurance companies, Brad was the only one to call me within 24 hrs of inquiry (he was much faster but used a 24 hr window). He was the only one to ask more questions about my somewhat unique situation. He was the only one who presented equal or better coverage for lower cost. Some presented less coverage for less cost, which isnâ€™t what I was looking for. Between the policies, I save about $500 for slightly better coverage. By far, his customer service skills far exceeded about 5 other agencies. Very pleased.
