We have never been loyal to one insurance. Not that we've ever had problems with any insurance on claims, or agent, but other reasons. Usually and this time it was an unreasonable rise in cost for no reason. To go to an agency where we can call and say "Here is why we are unhappy with XYZ, please check it out, and what are our options." VS do it ourselves? Right now "Wow".
