I appreciated how Julie was able to save me money on both my home and car and how quick and efficient she was. A few things werenâ€™t super clear at the end, but I was able to figure out by emailing Julie and also on my own after signing the documents. I had to assume I was done because I never heard otherwise. Overall extremely pleased. I would like to know if the agent fee is charged every time a policy is changed to a new company or just the one time. She said one time fee, but I wanted to clarify.
