He was able to keep the cost reasonable; pointed out to us that the other insurance we had was dated in the fact that we were under insured in the event of an accident, Our former coverage didn't match the current market - we were paying higher premiums- for less coverage and higher deductibles( especially wind and hail). He compared companies and suggested the one that best fit "our" needs. He offered his availability to us as needed- even if it was with online paperwork. He is thorough and personable, We love that we can deal with a person - "in person" if needed and not just a person over the phone.
