I was paying an agregate total of $8,165.32 in annual premiums for home, auto, motorcycle, and life. As of right now, I am paying $4,940.00 and still waiting on my spouse's life insurance policy quote. I am not sure what the life insurance quote will be but so long as it is under $3,235/year, I am certain that my policy coverages are more comprhensive, suitable, and accurate than before. Sam discovered some inaccuracies after reviewing my old policies through Liberty Mutual. I am very pleased with Sam's service so far and loof forward to referring business to him.

However after spending 55 minutes on the phone which was twice as long as anyone else he informs me that there is a policy "set up" fee of $299. I was understandably not happy about this considering that is something that should be disclosed initially and not at the end. I spoke with 2 other agencies after Sam and both said they do not charge a fee that they hear others charge. Needless to say I will be using them moving forward for every policy that I put in place.

I worked with Sam Moore who is a trustworthy, Christian man, and sometimes that is hard to find in the service industry. I am positive he will be a great addition to your company. The other reason for my review is Sam took his time with me in explaining all my options and I am very satisfied with the results.
