The given service provided was over the top, Erika was phenomenal as an agent, took care of everything needed and explained everything on a very detailed way.
However, the clause in the agreement that FORCES a client to receive offers via phone, it is a deterrent that would make me think twice before recommending your services to other people.
It is very intrusive, and I agreed only because at this point it will take me another week to find another service provider. For people who read and understand the challenges of privacy, this looks very bad. I should not need to decline this clause via the phone.
