My only regret is that Robert and I didn't connect sooner! My husband and I were at our witt's end with the homebuying process and the homeowners insurance was the last piece. We'd gotten over a dozen quotes that were A LOT higher than we expected. A friend asked if I wanted to talk with Robert and I figured I didn't have anything to lose. Robert was kind, patient, incredibly informative, and attentive. He took our information and within 30 minutes he called me back. He secured us a policy with SUPERIOR coverage AND nearly $700 less than the lowest quote we got, but also more than 50% less than many of the other quotes we'd received. Plus, he was able to secure us auto coverage as well with the same company to avail ourselves of a bundle discount AND that policy was $1200/year less than our current policy. Throughout the process he was happy to answer my questions and took care of everything beyond promptly! I really can't effectively put into words how much I appreciate him for being a great person and saving us nearly $2000!! I've already given several friends and family his information!!

Only downside we could find was the $200 one-time fee, but when working with Utility Concierge you get a $200 credit anyway! The process was easy and our monthly payments went down. Nothing bad to say.

The primary reason for these scores is entirely due to the conversations I had with Robert, he's a straight shooter who tells it like it is which I greatly appreciate.
