I will never be able to fully explain the relief after I received the email for Derek ON A SUNDAY, that he would be there to help me. Prior to writing to him I was in a state of stress that was so palpable I could see my hands shaking, not knowing how I was going to fix this. Then I remembered that I had someone with much more knowledge that could help, and he wrote back immediately!
