INNER PEACE HAHAHA!!! Seriously though, Craig was not only very easy to work with but, he went above an beyond with his time and energy to provide and update us with info and timelines. He made the insurance process painless which is really unheard of with all the "please holds" and "press 1 then press 3 then press end call because you were put on hold ... again", way most companies run now days. Not to mention it was during a holiday week/weekend that he was doing a lot of the footwork.
