Dan was extremely patient as we walked through the comparison policies (new vs my current). He explained what each piece meant and made suggestions as to what changes he might change and why. My previous policies had just been renewed over the years and no one bothered to tell me i should consider modifying anything. there was no pressure with Dan, just information. now i have more coverage and at a lower cost. i have referred many more friends/relatives as a result.
