The online technology and the user support is really bad. I have three cases open on the same thing, Had someone send me an email that wasn't helpful, i responded re-stating my issue, joseph didn't help me and closed the case. Whatever content mangement system you have to manage your documents isn't good, the online platform isn't good and the user support isn't good either. My agent is amazing though!
