After Dan Varda recommended Melissa, I reached out, but I was skeptical so I continued the search on my own. She was extremely patient and informative throughout the process, and she even spent the time comparing quotes that I got on my own and explained why we needed a certain amount of coverage versus other quotes (i.e. wind claims are the most common on the Eastern Shore so you need good wind insurance/deductibles).
