I do wish the DocuSign process was a little bit more streamlined though. As there were so many documents I needed to sign that I wish I could have signed everything in person just to make sure I did everything correctly. Getting a lot of separate emails to DocuSign various policies became a bit confusing because I had to sign several sets of documents for the broker as well as the insurance company. It got to the point where it was difficult to tell what was what. But Kip was very helpful and explained to me what I needed to do to help clear up some of the confusion once I started getting all the emails. Thanks again Kip, I'm so glad we met and you got me all signed up and squared away. You saved me a good bit of money this year and you gave me far better service than any broker I've had thus far for my insurance.
