Because it’s great to have the ability to interact with a representative here in my hometown. I had become discouraged from using an out of town representative and primarily always only on the phone and waiting for interaction with documents by the mail. Also it seemed like they didn’t care about my cost and never attempted to get me a better deal. As I’ve said it’s so much better for me to have local personal interaction and to have her get me a better deal when she worked on my insurance coverage for my recently acquired SUV.
