Brad was great throughout the entire process. I was referred to him by my lender to get a quote for my new homeowner policy. While I had reached out to a few companies for quotes, the first house I received a quote for I ended up canceling the contract after inspection. I called Brad and let him know I wasn’t going forward with the policy and I was back to the drawing board. Unlike any of the other companies, Brad stayed in contact with me and ensured me with patience I will find another home that I would like and when I do just send him the address. He gave many encouraging words and at that moment I decided that Brad had earned my business. Fast forward to last week, I said yes to the address and sent the address over to Brad and I had my quote in less than 24 hours.
