Michael and his team went above and beyond in record timing, not only resulting in a policy we needed, but also literally saving $50K in earnest money. Had the insurance not come in time, we could not close. In the event we did not close, the Contract penalty would have resulted in the $50K loss. Michael not only got our insurance needs met, but he saved me $50K in doing so.
