In lieu of buying a house for the first time, I didn’t know the process when it came to acquiring homeowners ins and Larry was very thorough, he kept in constant communication with me and explained my coverage with me. Taken way too long to add new vehicle. Matt is awesome, but trying to get ahold of goosehead and the 90 minute wait when i call them is absolutely unacceptable! I had to schedule a call and 7 days after initial request to add vehicle to policy it is finally completed. Hope the next vehicle i add in a few weeks will go smoother. Not my problem if Goosehead is too busy to process transactions to keep policies up to date!
