The primary reason I gave the score I did was because, Mr. Kenny Woelpper is a phenomenal agent. He broke everything down for me in a way that is easily understood. He was not out to take advantage of anyone. Kenny also helped to save my family some money by introducing the bundle package which in return made my mortgage cheaper, approximately $100 cheaper. Anytime that I needed him for his expertise he was readily available and very accessible before, during, and sometimes after hours to ease any questions that I may have had and he would answer and help me through to understand and get the entire process rolling. For a first time home buyer I am extremely pleased to have worked with Mr. Kenny as an insurance agent. I was also worried about how many more days I would have to take off work and he introduced me to the utility concierge which would set up all of my utilities without running around town minus the water bill. Kenny was super detailed in the information that he gave us! He gave us a couple of quotes & broke down what they meant, and he was very quick in his responses. I really appreciated that, especially since I know I'm only really doing the minimal amount for insurance. I definitely could have landed with an insurance agent who just plopped me in a plan and went with it, but Kenny took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, no matter how ridiculous.

I explained to him that I loathe the insurance process of shopping around, trying to get the best coverages at reasonable and competitive rates. The experience I had with him, the clarity, the communication, everything, was incredibly easy and he found better rates and better coverage than ALL of our current policies.
