Marques was very thorough and patient. He explained everything that I asked about and even somethings that I hadn't thought to ask. I was very pleased w/ him and his attention to detail. His customer service skills should be modeled across the company if it hasn't been already.

I was handled with courtesy even though I was confrontational and in a bad mood from a unrelated event. I was handled fast and efficiently with excellent forms of communication and transfer methods. Very happy with the person that handled me.
