Zac answered all of my questions in a timely manner and took the time to explain the costs and benefits of different premium tiers which allowed me to make decisions on what was best suited my insurability needs. In addition, he followed up with insurer to document some ambiguous language during the contract signing phase and provided reassurance to me that I was protected. I feel I have an advocate in Zac, and I trust in his ability to represent me and my family's best needs.
