Austin is a total professional. He patiently answered my questions and even brought up things I had not thought of. Since we are coming down from Indianapolis, we know no one. Matt Lambert, our mortgage guy was even mentioned to us and he told us about Austin and said we would like Austin and he could be trusted, which is a big deal to us. We are 80 and 81 yrs. old and turning our lives upside down since we recently and unexpectedly (3 weeks from when we found out he had cancer, another incurable disease and C-Diff infection) and lost him. I then was told I had lung cancer and a large mass in the same lung. So off I went to have an entire lung section removed. I am cancer-free right now. BUT then, in early Jan. of this year I lost the hearing in my left ear due to the new Covid 19 strain. So we are basically trusting strangers and I feel like Austin can be trusted.

I got a policy when I needed one. It took a long time to finally get it. The phone number on the docu sign is my landline, so I have not been able to sign the docu sign because they want to send a text. I have no way of changing the phone number. I am waiting for someone to change the phone number or add a choice to change it with my cell phone number. I called Citizens and the guy I talked to told me I could pay my premium, which I did right in front of him on the phone, he said my payment went through, but then I got a note saying my payment did not go through. I hope I can create an account tomorrow, when the policy takes effect, and can pay my bill. It has been very exhausting getting this policy.
