I'm very impressed with the level of courteousness and expeditiousness of the Agent, Ryan. However, there's something I have a problem understanding. I left my phone number as was directed to do, to receive a call back. Then, I received a email stating that, the person who returned, or, said they returned my call, but, are not cannot reach me on that phone number. If I'm not mistaken, it's the same phone number that's on file with your Agency. So, Why am I been told that? I would really appreciate an explanation, because, that's the phone number I will be using whenever, or if I need to contact my Agent Ryan, just as I needed to in the first place. Thank you, I'm looking forward to a much more efficient way I n receiving a call back when offered.
