Tom is clearly very knowledgeable but is also able to explain policy details in layman's terms. I appreciate that agents are licensed with over eighty different insurance providers and therefore have the ability to screen and select the most cost effective plan for a client's needs. But mostly, as a woman who is now entering her sixth consecutive year of schooling, I like that I just saved almost as much money as I spend on textbooks each year- which is a lot.
